Released Housekeeping version 51

Version 51 (including the underlying PHLEX framework) of the Housekeeping application can be seen as a milestone release, as it concludes the consolidation of JSON-RPC requests to the AJAX Receiver, and the migration of JavaScript events to event listeners, which makes the GUI strict CSP safe. As well, it generalizes the use of UUIDs, and updates JavaScript libraries to the latest implementation of asynchronous code.

This release corrects 15 (including security) defects, introduces a dark theme, and adds a turnover chart to object details.

For details, please refer to the README file.
